About This Test

This test website was created to verify the fix for the mobile browser back button issue in Astro's ClientRouter.

The Technical Details:

Issue: When users typed URLs directly into mobile address bars, using replaceState() removed the only history entry
Problem: Back button would exit the site instead of navigating to previous pages
Solution: Detect direct URL entries and use pushState() to preserve the original browser entry
Result: Back button now works correctly for mobile users
